Bansky Art For Sale In Central Park

What is art, what is it worth and who the fuck cares? British street artist Banksy sets up a pop-up stall in New York’s Central Park, selling original signed canvases of his work. Some of the work is estimated to be worth around $300k, despite this, the artist only made $420 in a day from the stall. I wonder what the price tags and crowd would be like if these were at some hip gallery downtown? This comes right after his other awesome NYC stunt, the “Sirens of the lambs”
