Best Coast – “The Only Place”

Best Coast plays cheerleader for the California Tourist Board in this new video directed by Venice Beacher Ace Norton. Contradictory to the anthem, California isn’t the only place (NYC is). But Best Coast is right: California’s got the ocean, got the babes, got the sun and it’s got the waves. And I’ll always love it for that; and its authentic Mexican.

A New Englander through and through, Drew grew up in Connecticut / New Hampshire and got over educated in Boston. He also lived on a beach in Southern California for some years. Film, photography, music and literature monopolize his time these days.
