Come Hell or High Water is a new film by Woodshed Films and Keith Malloy that’s all about body surfing. It’s about time that a film like this got made. When there seems to be more boards to ride than ever, it’s easy to forget that in the end – for most of us – it’s all just about the simple joy of getting pushed by a wave and being in the ocean. The film features body surfing legend Mark Cunningham and many of Woodshed’s denizens.
A New Englander through and through, Drew grew up in Connecticut / New Hampshire and got over educated in Boston. He also lived on a beach in Southern California for some years. Film, photography, music and literature monopolize his time these days. Drew lives in Brooklyn, NY, eats too many cheeseburgers at the Commodore and hopes to carry on simply one day on a big piece of land by the sea without the computer or YouTube.
