Tonight, Cyrus Sutton’s latest film Compassing makes its world premiere at Picture Farm Gallery in Williamsburg. The film chronicles Sutton’s surf adventures and search for freedom traveling deep into Mexico in his converted Ford Econoline van. Cyrus will be on hand to discuss his experience with the film and some of his photographs, writings and artifacts he collected during his journey will be on display. While you enjoy the film and good company, Brooklyn Brewery will be providing refreshments to wet your whistle.
