BP’s Deepwater Horizon oil spill was one of the worst environmental disasters in history and it will probably be decades before we know the full extent of the fallout. It’s easy to forget after the media train has moved on that there are people who’s lives have forever been altered. “Gulf Coast” is a series of large scale portraits by photographer David Zimmerman capturing the people impacted by the BP disaster.
