Fear not, the surfer stereotype is indeed alive and well in the eyes of mainstream America. Here is a glimpse into the mass-produced, current surf industry. Toby Bost, CEO of O’Neill Clothing, USA, is featured on the latest episode of Undercover Boss on CBS. For those unfamiliar with the show, the head honcho goes “undercover” to work with the real people running the ground level of his brand.
