Fear not, the surfer stereotype is indeed alive and well in the eyes of mainstream America. Here is a glimpse into the mass-produced, current surf industry. Toby Bost, CEO of O’Neill Clothing, USA, is featured on the latest episode of Undercover Boss on CBS. For those unfamiliar with the show, the head honcho goes “undercover” to work with the real people running the ground level of his brand. Matt Titone

A goofy-footed graphic designer who hails from the first state, Delaware. After attending Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL then graduating from SCAD in Savannah, GA with a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration, Matt moved to NYC and found work as a freelance designer and art director.
