I can’t believe this is the second post this week about 4 figure surfboards. Surfing is so hott right now that there are boards on sale on the trendy & fashionable gilt.com. These high priced beauties were painted by Richard Phillips and Sean Landers. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each surfboard will be donated to The Pablove Foundation (www.pablove.org) in support of pediatric cancer research and treatment, which is neat. There are also some sweet Merricks signed by Kelly Slater if you have 3 grand to spare.
A goofy-footed graphic designer who hails from the first state, Delaware. After attending Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL then graduating from SCAD in Savannah, GA with a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration, Matt moved to NYC and found work as a freelance designer and art director. In 2006 he moved west to Venice, CA where he co-founded ITAL/C Studio and now resides a bit further north in Oxnard.
