The one and only Agenda Trade Show celebrates its 10th year next week in Long Beach. Check out our collection of favorite brands showing this year:
It’s true, the surf industry has in recent years gone from a niche, counter culture to a mass-produced, corporate machine that you can even spot on the shelves of Walmart in most land-locked states. However, there is also a more grassroots movement happening with smaller brands willing to try new things and offer their unique take on what a surf brand should be all about.
The Agenda Trade Show, now in it’s 10th year, is a forum for the most inspired in the streetwear and action sports industries to come together under one roof. While they still have all the big brands under said roof, there are still a lot of small, newer, independent brands that we love showing at Agenda. Here is a look at some of our favorite brands doing their thing at Agenda Long Beach next week. These include the likes of Ours, Aloha Sunday, Brothers Marshall, TCSS, Captain Fin Co., Raen, AMBSN, Hayden Shapes, ourCaste, Mowgli, Roark, and Wellen.

A goofy-footed graphic designer who hails from the first state, Delaware. After attending Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL then graduating from SCAD in Savannah, GA with a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration, Matt moved to NYC and found work as a freelance designer and art director. In 2006 he moved west to Venice, CA where he co-founded ITAL/C Studio and now resides a bit further north in Oxnard.
