This Is Ozzie

A new profile piece from Desillusion Magazine, this episode features notorious Aussie artist, surfer, skater, Oscar Ozzie Wright. Back in the day, Ozzie was known as surfing’s avant garde, dark horse future. I will never forget the first glimpse I had of his fast, aggressive skating infused style in Volcom’s OK Computer. Clearly his progressive approach as a surfer and artist helped shape modern surf culture to what it is today, inspiring the likes of Dane Reynolds and Alex Knost among countless others.
