California artist and filmmaker Thomas Campbell has documented some of the most beautiful moments in surfing over the last 15 years. He is also heavily responsible for the sort of eclectic / artistic renaissance surf culture is now in. His new book titled Slide Your Brains Out: Surfing in General 1997-2012 is promised to contain a robust collection of his surf-centric works. The book is currently slated for an October 31 release, but you can pre-order it on Amazon.
A goofy-footed graphic designer who hails from the first state, Delaware. After attending Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL then graduating from SCAD in Savannah, GA with a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration, Matt moved to NYC and found work as a freelance designer and art director. In 2006 he moved west to Venice, CA where he co-founded ITAL/C Studio and now resides a bit further north in Oxnard.
