There are several reasons you should love this new(ish) Hype Williams inspired music video for Toro y Moi. It features Chaz Bundick, aka Tory y Moi, in some ridiculous settings, wheels and dress (threads by our friends at Baron Wells) and a pouty lipped femme fatale. It was shot by cinematographer Evan Prosofsky (Grimes – “Oblivion”) on 35mm film with beautiful anamorphic lenses to compliment the excess. And lastly, but not least, it all comes together with a great track.
A New Englander through and through, Drew grew up in Connecticut / New Hampshire and got over educated in Boston. He also lived on a beach in Southern California for some years.
