I know I am a little late on this one, but man this company is so rad! They have taken the concept of a wave pool to a whole new level. Founded in 2005 by Instant Sport, a cutting edge engineering company located in San Sebastian, Spain, Wave Garden sets up custom “surf parks” all over the world now for whoever will commission them. They used to design and build skate parks, but I guess they got bored with those and decided that the world needed surf parks too. The end result is a huge ditch covered with a tarp, filled with water and a perfect, glassy, reeling, waist high left-hander. This video shows Jordy, Bobby and Jeremy ripping this one to shreds.
A goofy-footed graphic designer who hails from the first state, Delaware. After attending Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL then graduating from SCAD in Savannah, GA with a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration, Matt moved to NYC and found work as a freelance designer and art director. In 2006 he moved west to Venice, CA where he co-founded ITAL/C Studio and now resides a bit further north in Oxnard.
