Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation with a transformative sound meditation led by surf legend Kassia Meador. Immerse yourself in a 90 minute journey of self-discovery and healing alongside the “Between Summers” exhibit at Indoek, featuring art by Bailey Elder and Cheryl Humphreys. Elder and Humphreys’ abstract and meditative work provides the perfect backdrop to bathe in the healing power of sound and explore the depths of your subconscious. Kassia will guide us through an expansive experience that begins with intention setting and a gentle breathwork session, paving the way for a deep and restorative sound meditation.

Event will be held on Saturday, 11/9, from 5pm to 7 pm at our gallery space in Ventura, CA. Dress for comfort and bring a yoga mat / blanket. All participants will receive our signature gallery tote filled with goodies! Space is extremely limited – reserve your spot today.
